Pink Shirt day started in 2007 when a boy was bullied for wearing a pink shirt. Older students saw what happened and encouraged a group of students to show up to school the next day in pink shirts in support of the boy.  For more information on Pink Day, go to this link: https://www.pinkshirtday.ca/
